5.2 Client Projects

For custom software development projects, intellectual property rights are governed by the specific agreement between synthdevs and the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with or be available on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Meta, and other social media platforms. When using our applications on these platforms:

• You are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
• We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party platforms.
• Your use of third-party platform features is at your own risk.
• We may collect and process data from these platforms as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Terms

For our software development services, payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include:

• Project pricing is provided in detailed proposals after discovery calls.
• Payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of work until payment is received.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues that may be transmitted through our services by any third party.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless synthdevs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. For project-based services, termination terms are governed by individual project agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
